Payment Options

At Semaphore Dental, we believe that dental care should be as accessible as possible. That’s why we provide a broad range of payment options, allowing people to choose whatever is most convenient for them.

We require payment at the time of treatment, accepting the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Credit Card (MasterCard & Visa)
  • EFTPOS
  • Money Order
  • Electronic Funds Transfer by arrangement prior to treatment commencing

Easy onsite HICAPS processing

For participating Dental Benefit Funds, you can process your claim electronically after your treatment, leaving just the gap payment to be paid on the day. Please bear in mind that some treatments cannot be electronically claimed so check with a member of staff prior to booking.

The claims process is very easy, with just three simple steps:

  1. Swipe your health fund card through our HICAPS terminal
  2. Your claim details are entered and in seconds the whole transaction is processed
  3. You pay the difference between your treatment fee and the health fund rebate

BUPA insurance

We believe that everyone deserves to receive expert dental care when they need it. That’s why Semaphore Dental is a registered BUPA provider, allowing our BUPA patients to receive the maximum benefit and minimise the cost of any treatment or care.
